桥面铺装中钢纤维混凝土抗折强度的试验研究

摘    要:结合高速公路桥面铺装实际工程,通过试验研究在混凝土中掺入两种不同类型和不同体积率的钢纤维对混凝土抗折强度的影响,同时研究了钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)抗折强度与抗压强度、劈拉强度等之间的关系,为实际工程应用提供参考。研究表明:SFRC的抗折强度随着抗压强度的提高而提高,随着钢纤维体积率的增大,抗折强度与抗压强度之比也随着呈上升趋势;SFRC抗折强度随着劈拉强度的提高而提高,随着钢纤维体积率的增大,SFRC的抗折强度与劈拉强度比呈下降趋势。

Abstract:The article, in the light of actual project in concrete pavement of expressway, and through using two different quantities and types of steel fibers in concrete, studies the influence to the flexural strength, and the relation among flexural strength, compressive strength and splitting strength is also studied. Thus reference to practice project is provided. The results show that the flexural strength increases with the increase of compressive strength, and the ffc,m/ffc,cu increases with the increase of Vf. The flexural strength increases with the increase of splitting strength, but the ffc,m/ffc,spl decreases with the increase of Vf.
