| 摘 要： | 以AIP公司轮胎生产线的优化为例,探讨了价值流图分析技术在复杂产品生产中的应用。结合现状数据绘制了AIP公司现状价值流图,分析了AIP公司当前存在问题,制定了改善方案,绘制了未来价值流图从而实现生产线的再设计。通过对比前后价值流图发现:企业产能、设备利用率及生产周期改善显著且降低了生产成本。 |

| Abstract: | As an example of the tire production line optimization of AIP Company, the application of thevalue stream mapping in the production process was discussed. Based on the actual data, the valuestream mapping was drawn, the existing problems were analyzed, the improvement plan was made, andthe future value stream mapping was drawn to realize redesign of the production line. By comparing thevalue stream mapping before and after, the results show the enterprise production capacity, equipmentutilization and production cycle are improved significantly and the production cost is reduced. |
