| 摘 要： | 船舶自动识别系统为协商区域内各船间信息沟通提供了技术保障,基于AIS的技术功能特点,提出了基于AIS的避碰智能决策系统中船舶间协商避碰模块的技术方案.方案有助于在协商区域内的各船达成共识,减小不确定因素,避免不协调行动.

| Abstract: | The application of AIS offers the technologies to enable efficient communication between ships in the specific region.The paper introduces a technical solution in establishing an AIS-based collision avoidance decision-making system.That will enhance the communications between ships in the region and thus the uncertain factors and the inconsistent action can be avoided. |
