宫颈癌放疗患者抑郁状况调查分析

目的　探讨宫颈癌放疗患者的抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法　用抑郁自评量表 (self ratingdepressionscale,SDS)及自行设计的多项目调查表对 13 0例宫颈癌患者进行评定。结果　宫颈癌患者放疗前期有 70 %存在轻重不等的抑郁症状 ;放疗中期占 66.9% ;放疗后期占 3 0 .76%。放疗前后SDS评分具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。多元线性逐步回归分析提示无故疲乏、决断困难、生活空虚感和疼痛是影响宫颈癌患者抑郁症状的重要因素。结论　抑郁是宫颈癌患者普遍存在的症状 ,并受多种因素影响。因此 ,在宫颈癌患者放疗过程中 ,辅助有效心理干预措施减轻或消除抑郁可能具有重要意义

Analysis of depressive symptoms in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To explore depressive symptoms and cor relative factors in patients with cervical cancer (CC). Methods Questionnaires of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and multiple items w ere given to the 130 hospitalized patients with CC. Results Depressive symptoms (SDS≥50) in patients were different, with 70% before radiotherapy, 66.9% in metaphase and 30.76% in anaphase. The prevalance of depr essive symptoms was higher in prophase than in anaphase during the whole radioth erapy procedure( P < 0.05 ). Cancer-related fatigue syndrome, determinatio n with difficulty, void and pain were critical factors affecting depression by a step-wise regression analysis. Conclusion Depression is c ommon and is influenced by multiple complex factors in patients with CC. Therefo re, it is essential that psychological interventions should be carried out durin g radiotherapy.
