对提高装卸作业效率的思考

针对目前装卸作业存在的装卸生产组织管理有待加强、装卸设备较落后、贷物集装化运输比重低、装卸劳动力资源缺乏、货运作业组织适应性不强等问题，提出提高装卸作业效率的建议：建立统一高效的装卸生产组织管理体制，加快更新装卸机械及属索具，大力发展集装化运输，加强装卸作业队伍建设和管理，改进货运组织方式促进装卸车效率提高等建议。
