丰台铁路供热厂热水供暖系统的联网监控

摘    要:为了提高丰台铁路供热厂供热系统的自动控制水平,开发了热水供暖系统的联网监控系统。监控系统应用了GPRS通讯技术、自适应式控制模式、现场智能控制器及热网监控软件,运行稳定,实现了预期目标。经在一定范围、一定时间测试,应用监控系统后比应用前平均节约热能12.6%;降低了污染物排放量;另外在设备安全、方便操作和利于管理方面也有较好效果。

Abstract:Integrated supervising and controlling system was exploited in order that automatic level of heating system of Fengtai railway heating plant. It is used that GPRS communication technology, trace mode, RTU and supervising & controlling software for heating system. It runs steadily and realizes expectation objects. Average 12.6% heat could be saved when the supervising and controlling system was tested within some time and from a certain range, furthermore it was beneficial for equipment safety, facility operation and control.
