| 摘 要： | 针对《海运业务与海商法》课程教学中,学生对船舶间接碰撞难理解的问题,笔者通过对船舶间接碰撞传统概念、国际公约新规定和我国《海商法》等规定进行论述,并通过案例分析,对＂船舶间接碰撞＂概念进行了深入讲解。

| Abstract: | It is unintelligible for students in the course of marine operation and maritime law, so some conceptions are proved in the article such as traditional indirect marine collision, new rules of international pact and Chinese maritime law, while the teaching conceptions is discussed deeply about indirect marine collision by correlative case analysis. |
