混凝土斜拉桥双直立塔柱形索塔与下横梁异步施工控制

摘    要:塔柱(内倾)是斜拉桥塔柱与下横梁异步施工的一个难点,结合双直立塔柱形索塔与下横梁异步施工工程实例,介绍了横向设置预偏的方法控制塔柱垂度。塔和下横梁异步施工中的塔偏通过考虑下塔柱与下横梁门式结构受力、混凝土收缩、下横梁预应力钢束锚下局部压缩,对塔柱节段施工设置预偏,塔柱(内倾)能够有效地控制塔偏。

Abstract:Pylon(introversion) is an asynchronous construction difficulty of cable-stayed pylon and low beam.The paper introduced the asynchronous construction of the low beams and double upright cylindrical tower project.By considering the structure force,concrete shrinkage and local compression under anchor of low beam prestressed steel,pre-bias was set up to control pylon(introversion).
