基于ANSYS的索锚管式锚固区应力分析

摘    要:针对索锚管式锚固区构造复杂、应力集中的特点,采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对索锚管式锚固结构进行计算分析.研究表明:吊杆力主要靠索锚管与拱肋横隔板之间的2条焊缝传递;索锚管承压板处应力集中现象明显,增加焊缝长度可以在一定程度上缓解锚固区应力集中现象;设置单锚管,锚固区应力集中现象明显,设置采用双锚管可以有效缓解锚固区...

Abstract:The anchorage zone for anchor pipe structure of arc bridge is characterized by complexity and stress concentration.Stress analysis of anchorage zone is analyzed through ANSYS and the results reveal that: the cable force is mainly transferred by two welds between arch rib diaphragm and anchor pipe;stress concentration mainly happens on bearing plate;by increasing the welds length,the stress concentration can be reduced;with a single anchor pipe,the stress concentration of the anchorage zone becomes obvious a...
