| Abstract: | The paper presents that the ideological and political courses and campus culture have the unanimous objective, overlapping content, and complementary form, which is supposed to achieve an organic whole. In addition, it puts forward the feasible channels to achieve the ends in terms of leadership, system, structure, and faculty. |
