水泥喷粉深层搅拌桩桩头下沉问题分析及处理

摘    要:深层搅拌桩进行地基加固有喷粉和喷浆两种方法,设计人员在地基天然含水量大于60%的情况下,从降低地基含水量考虑,常常选用喷粉法.而在地基天然含水量更大的情况下采用此方法,由于流塑状淤泥是在喷粉施工时风压气流的作用下,搅拌过程中因受扰动发生液化,液化的淤泥上涌至地表面,造成桩体范围内淤泥质的减少而桩头下沉.通过施工现场试验,证明改用喷浆法施工的搅拌桩解决桩头下沉问题有效且工程造价变化不大.

Abstract:There are dusting system and shotcrete system at foundation improvement using deep-mixed pile. Usually, in view of reducing water content of foundation, designers choose the dusting system when the natural water content have great capacity over 60%, liquefaction mud is produced by the interference with air flow and wind pressure gush from the foundation, so the pile-head sink for reducing of mucky soil. The use of shotcrete system is proved effective through field construction.
