摘    要:结合北同蒲铁路取直线雁门关隧道软弱围岩初期支护开裂变形控制施工实例,介绍施工地质揭示情况,分析围岩与初期支护开裂变形原因,提出针对富水段软弱围岩初期支护开裂变形控制施工技术方法,创新了钢拱架锁脚锚管施工新工艺。

Abstract:The construction for cracking and deformation controlling of the primary support in soft and weak surrounding rocks of Yanmenguan Tunnel was taken as an example in this paper,which was located on Beitongpu Line that was adjusted as a straight line.The geological condition revealed in the process of construction was introduced,and the causes of cracking and deformation of surrounding rocks and its primary support were analyzed.Finally,construction techniques and methods of cracking and deformation controlling of primary support in soft and weak surrounding rocks in water-rich section of tunnel were proposed in this paper,with the innovation of new construction techniques which consists of anchor tubes locked by steel arch frame.
