铁路口岸物流中心规划研究

铁路口岸站是对外开放的重要窗口,主要承担进出口货物的换装、运输组织等工作。随着国际间经贸合作日益增多,口岸物流功能需求不断增加,口岸站仅开展传统运输服务已不能适应现代铁路现代化发展要求,铁路口岸站拓展服务范围、延伸物流功能势在必行。首先分析铁路口岸站物流发展现状、存在的问题及铁路口岸物流中心规划建设的必要性,在此基础上探讨影响铁路口岸物流中心规划的主要因素,并对其功能需求进行分析,最后从物流中心选址、主要作业流线及规划布局3个方面对规划方案进行深入研究,从而为指导铁路口岸物流中心规划设计提供参考。

Planning and Research for Logistics Centre of Railway Port Station

Railway port station is an important window of opening up to outside world,which generally undertakes transshipment work and transportation organization work for import and export goods.With the increasing of international economic and trade cooperation,the functional requirements of port logistics have grown continuously,and the traditional transport service has been unable to meet the requirements of modern railway leap-forward development,so it is necessary to expand the contents and functions of logistics service for railway port station.This paper first analyzes the development situations of logistics center of railway port station,the existing problems and the necessity of project planning.And then discusses the main factors which will influences the logistics centre planning and its function requirements.Finally,this paper makes an in-depth research on the planning scheme of the logistics center from three aspects,including the site selection,the main logistics operation flow and the planning layout,so as to provide reference for the planning design of logistics centre of railway port station.
