摘    要:在壳牌SBS改性沥青中加入不同掺量的TLA,制备成TLA-SBS复合改性沥青,并通过试验对其常规性能和流变性能进行分析,包括采用64℃DSR试验对其进行车辙因子评价分析;采用DSR疲劳试验评价其疲劳寿命;采用BBR试验评价其低温性能。试验结果表明:TLA掺量对复合改性沥青的性能有很大影响,且随TLA掺量的增加,复合改性沥青高温性能和疲劳性能提高,低温性能稍有下降;TLA掺量为25%时,复合改性沥青不仅高温性能优异,而且也能保证较好的低温性能。

Research on Influences of TLA in Different Dosages on Rheological Properties of SBS Modified Asphalt

Abstract:This paper prepares TLA-SBS composite modified asphalt by adding different dosages of TLA in Shell SBS modified asphalt, and analyzes its conventional properties and rheological properties via test, including evaluation and analysis of rut factors by means of 64℃ DSR test;evaluation of its fatigue life by means of DSR fatigue test;and evaluation of its low-temperature performance by means of BBR test. The test results show that the dosage of TLA has great influences on properties of composite modified asphalt, and the high-temperature performance and fatigue performance of composite modified asphalt increase and low-temperature performance slightly decreases with bigger dosage of TLA; when the dosage of TLA is 25%, composite modified asphalt not only exhibits excellent high-temperature performance, but also guarantee good low-temperature performance.
