摘    要:对旧水泥路面共振破碎层分上层及下层进行强度形成机理分析,对破碎层旧水泥路面层及其破碎层进行弯沉测试和回弹模量测试,并根据测试结果对旧水泥混凝土路面破碎层的力学性能进行分析。结果表明:旧水泥混凝土路面整体强度虽然较好,但差异性很大,不利于直接补强和加铺新的结构层;共振破碎后的旧水泥混凝土路面整体强度下降,但均匀性很好,呈现出柔性特征,更有利于路面的补强和加铺,从而可有效提高路面的使用品质。

Analysis for Mechanical Properties of Old Cement Concrete Pavement after Rubblization

Abstract:This paper analyzes mechanism of strength formation on upper and lower resonance breaking layers on old cement pavement, performs deflection test and modulus resilience test for old cement pavement course and its breaking layers and analyzes mechanical properties of the breaking layers on old cement concrete pavement according to test results. The results show that the integral strength of old cement concrete pavement is good, but big difference exists, not favorable for direct strengthening and overlay of new structure layer; the integral strength of old cement concrete pavement after resonance breaking increases, but the homogeneity is very good and flexible feature is exhibited, more favorable for reinforcement and overlay of pavement so as to improve the service quality of pavement effectively.
