冠心病陈旧性心肌梗塞患者血小板膜流动性及辛伐他汀干预的研究

摘    要:目的 观察正常人及冠心病陈旧性心肌梗塞 (OMI)患者血小板膜流动性 (PMF)及辛伐他汀干预的临床意义。方法 对 30例正常人及 30例OMI患者 ,分离血小板 ,用荧光分光光度计测定荧光偏振度P′及计算出微粘度 η ,以确定PMF的变化 ,同时测定血浆胆固醇 (Tch)的变化 ,对 30例OMI患者在服用辛伐他汀 6周后再次检测P′和 η及血浆Tch水平 ,并进行比较。结果 ①OMI组比正常组PMF显著降低。②用辛伐他汀干预后 ,PMF得到改善。③OMI伴有高胆固醇血症组的PMF低于不伴有高胆固醇血症组。结论 ①OMI患者PMF降低 ,血小板结构可能发生损伤。②降脂药物可能对血小板膜具有保护和修复作用。

The study of the platelet membrane fluidity and patients with old myocardialinfarction and the effect of simvastatin therapy
Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical significan ces of platelet membrane fluidity(PMF) in healthy individuals and patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI) and the effect of the treatment with simvastatin.MethodsPlatelet was separated from 30 healthy individuals and 30 patients with OMI. Fluorescence polarizibility P~{!d~} and microviscosity ~{!<~}A K~{&G~}-D~{!=~} were measured with Fluorescence spectrophotometer, meanwhile, plasma chl esterol level was measured. The 30 patients with OMI were treated with simvastat in for 6 weeks. simvastatin was administered 20?mg once a day in the evening. S ix weeks after the treatment, P~{!d~}, ~{!<~}AK~{&G~}-D~{!=~} and chlesterol were measured again .ResultsComparing with healthy individuals, The PMF in OMI grou p decreased significantly; The PMF was increased in the patients treated with s imvastatin; The PMF of the patients with OMI and hypercholesterolemia was decrea sed more than that of the patients without hypercholesterolemia.ConclusionThis experiment demonstrated that PMF was decreased in the patients with OMI, but simvastatin can protect and restore PMF.~{!<~}HQ~{!=*$~}
