| 摘 要： | 结合北京地铁10号线三元桥站--亮马河站区间盾构隧道旁穿南小街8号楼工程,分析两条盾构隧道小间距、长距离并行临近楼房的工程难点,介绍设计与施工采取的措施以及监测数据分析等工程实践.通过总结分析,得出工程实践中地铁区间盾构隧道小间距、长距离并行施工的相互影响规律和对楼房沉降的影响规律.
