| 摘 要： | 在促进大学生就业的视域中,政府的法律责任不可缺位。基于对政府促进大学生就业的法理基础、现实依据和法律责任定位的考量,确立政府法律责任体系、明晰政府及其工作人员的法律责任、廓清政府在反歧视就业中的法律责任、扩大政府法律责任的可诉性范围,乃是完善大学生就业中政府法律责任的进路。
