坪石板隧道大跨断面施工技术

摘    要:坪石板隧道全长154m,为双线变四线大跨单洞隧道,有三种不同断面形式。其中,大跨段具有环境复杂、浅埋偏压、围岩破碎等特点,施工难度较大。文章主要介绍了大跨段的工程特点、施工方法,以及自进式中空锚杆超前大管棚支护、双侧壁导洞法开挖等施工技术。

Abstract:Pingshiban tunnel is 154m long with large-span single tube changed from double-track to four-track and with three different section types.The large-span section features complex environment,shallow overburden,uneven pressure,fractured surrounding rocks and difficulty for construction.The paper describes the project characteristics and construction techniques involving large pipe-roofing pre-support with self-drilling hollow anchor bolts and double side-heading excavation for the large-span section.
