| 摘 要： | 应用交通规划理论对举办大型公共活动期间的武汉市交通进行研究。以四阶段法为理论依据，利用Trans CAD交通仿真软件建立公共活动交通需求模型，得到路网上的交通分配情况。分析路网上的交通负荷，根据疏散特征采取交通管制措施，进行重新分配。对比重新分配后的路段服务水平与无管制情况下的路段服务水平，看出交通路网压力有所缓解，从而得到所采取措施为有效措施的结论。

| Abstract: | Applying the concepts of traffic planning,studied Wuhan's traffic when it was holding some public event. Utilized the simulation software,TransCAD,to modeling and get the traffic assignment in the road net based on the four-stage method. After analyzing the load on the route,took some traffic measure and started traffic assignment again. Measures can be proved contributed to induce load of the route by comparing the result. |
