| 摘 要： | 文章针对南通沿海水域的通航安全、环境保护、通航效率等问题,提出了在洋口港、吕四港和长江口北支入海航道附近水域,分别设立以通道分行制为基础的船舶定线制的必要性和可行性,并提出了具体的方案,以期提高航运效率。

| Abstract: | In view of navigation safety,environmental protection,navigation efficiency concerning Nantong coastal waters,this article advocates implementing the ship routing system based on channel branching in Yangkou Port,Lvsi Port and North Branch of the Yangtze Estuary and puts forwards corresponding measures as well,which will help to enhance shipping efficiency. |
