摘    要:为改善我国立交与地面道路的交通衔接,首先分析了造成衔接段交通拥堵的原因。认为匝道落地点到临近交叉口的交织距离不够是主要原因;此外,匝道布局不佳,临近建筑物出入口布局欠规划,临近交叉口交通疏散能力不足等原因进一步加剧了衔接段的交通拥堵。借鉴美国的出入口管理策略,从中找到相关的解决方法,特别总结回顾了国外关于制定匝道落地点到临近交叉口最小间距标准的研究,提出了改善我国立交与地面道路交通衔接的可行途径。

Abstract:To improve the traffic operation of the interchanges and surface streets,the reasons that cause traffic jam in this area are analyzed.The weaving length from the ramp terminal to the downstream intersection is insufficient is the main reason;besides,there are other reasons that make traffic operation worse,such as the bad ramp terminal layout,the lack of considerations of vicinal building access layout,the insufficiency of the vicinal intersection capacity,and etc.Through the Access Management techniques,some methods are found to relieve the jam;literature review is done about the standards of minimum distance between the ramp terminal and the closest intersection.Available way is brought forward to improve the traffic operation of interchange and surface streets.
