新型脉动无级变速器在船舶上的应用探讨

摘    要:为解决船舶减速器无法使发动机与螺旋桨同时高效率工作带来的机、桨配合难的问题,提出用新型脉动无级变速器代替减速器,实现恒功率无级变速的思想。介绍新型无级变速器的基本结构和面接触超越离合器的自锁与解锁,计算新型脉动无级变速器的效率及寿命,讨论新型无级变速器的完全平衡问题,结果表明,新型脉动无级变速器能够实现恒功率无级变速,使发动机与螺旋桨同时高效率工作,用新型脉动无级变速器代替减速器是可行的。

Abstract:As marine speed reducer can't insure an agreeable matching when both the engine and propeller operate under high power conditions,the approach that incorporates a new concept of impulse stepless gearbox as the substitute for the marine speed reducer was proposed to implement the operation with constant power variable speed.The various aspects concerning the basic structure of the new impulse stepless gearbox,including the method for self-locking and unlocking of face contact overrunning clutch,as well as calculations on the operation efficiency and service life of the gearbox were introduced.The issue of complete equilibrium for the new impulse stepless gearbox was also discussed.The analysis shows that using this gearbox will result in the desired performance and allows for the engine and propeller operate under high power conditions simultaneously,and replacing the speed reducer by the impulse stepless gearbox is feasible.
