| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析样车试制过程的特点,创新提出了基础规范+项目参数的质量控制方法,解决了试制阶段PFMEA、PCP、工艺文件等质量信息不完备的问题。另外,基于全面质量管理理论,对样车试制全过程的质量影响因素开展了改善方法研究。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the characteristic of pre-production of automobile. To solve the problem of lake of frozen quality information of PFMEA, PCP and standardization work documentation during pre-production process, a new way of quality management by combining basic common rule and program specific parameter was brought up. Besides, Total Quality Management theory was used to improve the quality of pre-production of automobile. |
