摘    要:当前,我国新能源汽车技术水平大幅提升,产业规模快速扩大,产业链日趋完善,新能源汽车在汽车总销量的占比越来越高。伴随着新能源汽车销量的增多,消费者、使用者对新能源汽车的售后维修服务也提出了更高的要求。传统内燃机汽车的供电设备主要是蓄电池和由内燃机驱动的发电机。纯电动汽车供电设备则是低压蓄电池和动力电池组,动力电池组提供的是高压直流电,所以需要将高压直流电转换为低压直流电为蓄电池以及低压用电设备供电,这种转换装置即DC-DC直流电源转化模块。文章重点对纯电动车DC-DC电路故障进行分析,为纯电动汽车特有故障诊断提供数据支撑和案例借鉴。

Fault Diagnosis of DC-DC Circuit for Pure Electric Vehicle

Abstract:At present, China’s new energy automobile technology level has been greatly improved, the rapid expansion of the industrial scale, the industry chain is improving, the new energy automobile in the total sales of cars is getting higher and higher. With the increase of sales of new energy vehicles, consumers and users also put forward higher requirements for after-sales service of new energy vehicles. The power supply equipment of traditional internal combustion engine vehicle is mainly battery and generator driven by internal combustion engine. Pure electric vehicle power supply equipment is low-voltage batteries and power batteries, power batteries provide high-voltage direct current, so need to convert highvoltage direct current to low-voltage direct current for battery and low-voltage power supply equipment, the converter is a DC-DC converter. This paper focuses on the analysis of DC-DC circuit fault of pure electric vehicle, which provides data support and case reference for the special fault diagnosis of pure electric vehicle.
