车辆碳罐电磁阀噪音问题的解决

摘    要:随着汽车产业的发展,以及客户满意度要求的不断提高,NVH已经成为评价汽车性能最重要的技术指标之一。文章介绍了汽车的NVH特性的意义,具体分析了A车型碳罐电磁阀电磁阀噪音传递到乘客舱的根本原因,并在不改变系统工作策略和标定的情况下,通过阻隔噪音的传播途径,解决了驾驶室内的噪音问题,大大提高了客户满意度。

Solving the Noise Issue of Purge Valve on Vehicle

Abstract:With the development of the automotive industry and the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction requirements,NVH has become one of the most important technical indicators for evaluating automotive performance.Introduced the significance of the NVH characteristics of the car,and specifically analyzes the root cause of the noise transmission of the purge valve of the carbon canister of the A model car to the cab,and blocked the transmission of noise without changing the working strategy and calibration of the system.It solves the noise problem in the cab and greatly improves customer satisfaction.
