| 摘 要： | 针对绿色环保这一主题,蔚来汽车的涂装前处理采用了更加环保的Oxsilan薄膜技术,联合合作伙伴凯密特尔开发了更加环保的无氮、无磷脱脂剂,并且针对全铝车身的前处理工艺参数优化进行了一些研究探索。

| Abstract: | To adapt the current subject of environment protection in automobile industry,NIO adopts more environmentalfriendly Oxsilan pretreatment process and develops nitrogen-free and phosphorous-free degreaser with Chemetall.For all-aluminum BIW,NIO makes some exploration on the process parameters optimization of Oxsilan pretreatment. |
