基于AVL EXCITE的活塞敲击故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:活塞长时间运转磨损导致间隙增大,产生敲缸现象,影响机体振动噪声。以四缸柴油机为例建立活塞模型,通过设置不同的活塞间隙模拟活塞在不同故障程度下的磨损情况。在AVL EXCITE Power&Unit中建立发动机总成模型,分析活塞敲击对机体造成的影响。活塞敲击力主要为横向(Y方向)敲击缸套,引起振动加速度横向中高频信号频率能量增加,对水平和垂向及低频几乎没有影响。

Research on Piston Knocking Fault Diagnosis Method Based on AVL EXCITE

Abstract:Long-term wear and tear of the piston will cause the gap to increase and the phenomenon of knocking cylinders. Taking a four-cylinder diesel engine as an example, and the piston wear levels is simulated by setting different piston clearances. An engine assembly model was established in AVL EXCITE Power & Unit to analyze the impact of piston strikes on the airframe. The piston striking force mainly hits the cylinder liner in the lateral direction(Y direction), causing the mid-high frequency signal energy to increase, which has little effect on the horizontal and vertical and low frequency.
