摘    要:文章以某车型驾驶侧无骨刮片为例,运用Minitab软件进行试验设计(DOE),结合试验和软件分析确定了影响驾驶侧刮片刮刷质量最重要的因子是雨刮攻角,并通过软件预测:刮片导条平行度合格,攻角值为-3.5°/7.5°,胶条用富国胶条时,刮片理论刮刷合格率可达94.3%。文中的分析方法适用于所有车型的无骨刮片,为生产企业今后控制生产成本,制造无骨刮片起到借鉴作用。

DOE-based Optimization Analysis of Boneless Sscraper For a Vehicle

Abstract:Taking the boneless scraper on the driving side of a vehicle as an example,this paper uses Minitab software to design the experiment(DOE).Combining with the test and software analysis,the most important factor affecting the quality of the scraper on the driving side is the angle of attack of the wiper.The software predicts that if the parallelism of the scraper bar is qualified,the attack angle is-3.5°/7.5°,and the FUKOKU rubber is used,the qualified rate of theoretical scraping can reach 94.3%.The analysis method in this paper is applicable to all types of boneless scrapers,which can be used as a reference for enterprises to control production costs and manufacture boneless scrapers in the future.
