减速台车波形发生器研究与应用

摘    要:文章以减速台车的波形发生器为对象,研究了波形发生器中吸能钢板长度、减速台车初速度对吸能钢板的加速度曲线的影响。在此基础上,以座椅动态试验的加速度曲线为目标曲线,进行了真实的台车碰撞试验和计算机模拟试验,试验得到的加速度曲线与目标加速度曲线是吻合的,可见对波形发生器的研究是有效的,该研究成果可以降低汽车碰撞试验成本和缩短研发时间。

Research And Application Of Waveform Generator For Deceleration Sled

Abstract:Taking the waveform generator of the deceleration sled as the object of study,this paper studies the influence of the length of the energy absorbing steel plate and the initial speed of the deceleration sled on the acceleration curve of the energy absorbing steel plate in the waveform generator.On this basis,taking the acceleration curve of seat dynamic test as the target curve,the real car crash test and computer simulation test are carried out.The acceleration curves obtained from the tests are in agreement with the target acceleration curve.It is obvious that the research on waveform generator is effective,and the research results can reduce the car crash test.Test cost and shorten R&D time.
