摘    要:在某款纯电动汽车的设计开发过程中,为满足NVH及整车安全要求,提高乘车舒适性及满意度,利用CAE软件建立含后副车架安装点的白车身有限元模型,并进行刚度分析,根据CAE分析结果提出优化方案,再对优化方案进行刚度分析,最终找出有效提高后副车架安装点刚度的最佳方案,满足性能要求,节约产品开发成本、缩短产品开发周期,同时为后副车架结构改进和优化设计提供重要依据。

Stiffness Analysis and Optimum Design of Rear Subframe Installation Point of a Pure Electric Vehicle

Abstract:In the design and development process of a blade electric vehicle,in order to meet the safety requirements of NVH and the whole vehicle and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the vehicle,the finite element model of the white body with the installation point of the rear sub-frame is established by CAE software,and the stiffness analysis is carried out.Based on the analysis results of CAE,the optimization scheme is put forward,and then the stiffness score of the optimization scheme is made.Finally,find out the best scheme to effectively improve the stiffness of the installation point of the rear sub-frame,meet the performance requirements,save the cost of product development,shorten the product development cycle,and provide an important basis for the improvement and optimization design of the rear sub-frame structure.
