摘    要:针对传统仰拱施工慢、质量差的问题,通过革新仰拱施工工艺和仰拱施工设备,开发出高速铁路双线隧道仰拱快速施工技术.在贵广铁路某隧道施工中的运用中表明,仰拱快速施工技术可大幅缩短作业循环时间,加快仰拱施工速度,保证仰拱与掌子面之间的距离,且新开发的仰拱模架能有效避免仰拱浇筑错台、超限以及整体跑偏等问题.

Abstract:For slow construction and poor quality of the traditional construction method for invert, a rapid construction technology of invert in high-speed double tracks railway tunnel was developed through innovating the construction process and equipment. The application of the new technology in a tunnel construction of Guiguang Railway shows that the rapid construction technology can shorten the operating cycle time significantly, speed up the invert construction speed, and ensure the distance between invert and tunnel face; furthermore, the invert mold newly developed can effectively avoid the joint faulting and overrun during invert pouring, and the overall deviation and so on.
