| 摘 要： | 安全评价工作是城市轨道交通建设、运营安全的有力保证。阐明城市轨道交通工程的安全评价原则：系统的每一个危险源带来的风险都应当控制在可容忍范围内;系统所有危险源带来的风险必须满足一定的安全目标,安全目标采用系统造成的每位乘客在单位旅行时间内可能出现伤亡的概率进行衡量。给出基于危险源分析的安全评价方法和安全生命周期中的评价要点。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of urban rail transit,safety becomes more important than before. Safety assessment is the guarantee for urban rail transit construction and operation. This paper gives the safety assessment principles for reference: 1) the risk associated with each hazard should be controlled below the tolerable level; 2) the overall risk from all of system hazards should meet the safety target,which is described by the probability of injury or death of each passenger per travel time.
