汽车液压助力转向系统在前轮冲击载荷下仿真研究

摘    要:本文以某一汽车的齿轮齿条式液压助力转向系统作为研究对象,在驾驶员紧握转向盘的情况下,把车辆前轮在冲击载荷下产生的偏转角作为输入,转向器动力缸左、右腔油压、转向阀进油油压与转向盘转矩作为输出,研究在前轮转角输入下转向器油压的变化与路感反馈。建立数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink建立仿真模型,进而进行分析研究。

Abstract:Research on the automotive rack-and-pinion hydraulic-assistant power steering system, suppose that the driver holds tightly on the steering wheel, regard the deflection angle emerged by the shock load on the front wheels as the input, and the outputs are: oil pressure of the left and right chambers of the driving chamber of the steering equipment, conversion valve input oil pressure, conversion valve torque .Study the oil pressure change and the road feed-back. Make the mathematic model, Matlab/Simulink simulation model, so as to analyze and research.
