| 摘 要： | 目的 研究培坤胶囊对子宫的作用 ,探索其治疗痛经的机制。方法 常规方法制备离体大鼠子宫标本 ,用己烯雌酚和催产素制造小鼠痛经模型 ,观察培坤胶囊对子宫的作用。结果 培坤胶囊能明显抑制子宫收缩力(11.6 %～ 6 5 .7%)、收缩频率 (2 8.2 %～ 6 0 .2 %)和活动度 (36 .6 %～ 84.6 %) ,其IC50 分别为 0 .6 9g·L-1、0 .83g·L-1和 0 .2 3g·L-1。 2 .0 g·kg-1和 5 .0 g·kg-1的培坤胶囊能延长痛经小鼠的扭体潜伏期 ,减少扭体次数。结论 培坤胶囊能抑制子宫收缩 ,有抗痛经作用。

| Abstract: | Objetive To study the effects of Peikun Capsule, a Chinese traditional patent medicine, on animal uteri and to elucidate its mechanism of treating dysmenorrhea. Methods Isolated uterine muscle preparations from female rats were used and dysmenorrhea models in mice were prepared by diethylstilbestrol and oxytocin. Results Peikun Capsule inhibited the contractile force (11.6%～65.7%), frequency (28.2%～ 60.2%) and activity (36.6%～84.6%) of the uterus in vitro; their IC 50 were 0.69?g·L -1, 0.83?g·L -1 and 0.23?g·L -1, respectively. Peikun Capsule at doses of 5.0 and 2.0?g·kg -1 decreased writhing times of dysmenorrhea mice. Conclusion Peikun Capsule can inhibit uterine contraction and alleviate dysmenorrhea. |
