| 摘 要： | 国际上通常都由炼油厂提供品牌燃油的性能评定指标数据,因为光有组分指标的合格是不够的。性能评定是衡量燃油品质的重要一环。中国在燃油性能评定标准方面尚是空白,组分指标方面也没有严格执行。由于国内缺乏对燃油的评定标准和方法,各地技术监督局无法实施监控。

| Abstract: | Internationally,quality indexes of brand fuel are provided by oil refineries.Performance assessment is critical to oil quality.However,we even haven't started in assessment standard in China and constituent index hasn't been carried out strictly either.Therefore,our local Bureau of Technical Supervision can' t control it in a good way. |
