港口行业的用电特点及其治理措施

摘    要:港口的用电负荷是典型的谐波及无功源,降低了电能的利用率。分析了港口电力负荷特点,提出了电能治理的方案。针对港口电力系统中的无功功率,可以采用用于动态无功补偿的TSC(晶闸管投切电容器,Thyristor Switched Capacitor),该装置效果良好,完全满足港口负荷的无功补偿要求,从根本上解决了传统无功补偿系统存在的问题。对于港口电力系统中的谐波电流可以采用APF(电力滤波器Active Power Filter),其补偿特性不受电网阻抗的影响,随着技术的不断发展,APF将大量应用于港口的谐波抑制。

Abstract:The power load of the port is the typical source of the harmonic wave and reactive power,which decreased the utilizing rate of the energy.This paper analyses the power load characteristic of the port and puts forward the treatment measures in detail.For the reactive power,TSC(Thyristor Switched Capacitor)has a good effect and could solve the problem of traditional compensation system fundamentally.For the harmonic current,APF(Active Power Filter),which is unaffected by the network impedance,is good at harmonic suppressing,and will be used in the port widely.
