| 摘 要： | 开发了自动变速器电子控制系统的测试仿真台及电控单元，通过试验分析自动变速器控制系统影响轿车换挡品质的主要因素，即换挡过程中作用在结合元件上的油压突变及换挡电磁阀动作时间长短。指出，液力变矩器的闭锁控制也对换挡品质有一定的影响，对其进行深入研究町以更好的改善换挡品质。

| Abstract: | The testing and simulating rig of automatic transmission electronic control systems and electronic control units are developed.The main factors of automatic transmission control systems which influence the car shifting quality namely,abrupt change of hydraulic pressure on engaging components during shifting and length of acting time of shifting solenoid valves are found out by tests.In addition,closing lock control of the hydraulic torque converter also has effects on shifting quality,and deep study on it will further improve shifting quality. |
