摘    要:基于BIM和城市轨道交通工程建设特点,提出城市轨道交通工程BIM实施的总体管理模式。论述了城市轨道交通工程BIM总体管理模式的发展历程、特点及工作内容,包括目标设定、工作原则、组织与管理、BIM模型构建及交付标准制定、BIM数据集成与管理平台建设、BIM应用与成果管理和数字化交付管理等。实践证明,建设管理方主导+BIM总体管理模式适应于当前的城市轨道交通BIM建设和管理,并可为数字轨道交通生态链体系建设奠定基础。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of BIM and urban rail transit engineering construction, overall management mode of BIM implementation in urban rail transit engineering is proposed. The development history, characteristics and work content of overall management mode based on BIM are discussed, which includes target setting, working principles, organization and management, modeling and delivery standard, BIM platform developing for data integration and management, BIM application management and digital delivery. It is proved that the mode led by the owner and overall management based on BIM adapts to the current urban rail transit BIM implementation and management, and lays a foundation for establishment of digital urban rail transit ecological chain system.
