地铁区间暗挖法施工技术比选

摘    要:为解决合理选择地铁区间隧道施工方法以有效控制开挖过程中发生地表沉降、建筑物倾斜及地下水位下降的难题,通过调研国内地铁区间隧道常用的暗挖施工技术及日本结合新奥法原理与挤压混凝土施工技术(ECL工法)提出的盾构隧道现浇混凝土衬砌系统(SENS工法),对矿山法施工技术、盾构法施工技术和SENS工法在适应地层、场地占用、所需埋深、衬砌质量、地表沉降、交通影响、地下管线影响、施工噪声、施工风险、施工进度、施工成本等方面进行比选,得出SENS工法在富水砂层施工的施工进度、施工成本、衬砌质量、地表沉降控制等方面的综合优势明显,值得在国内研究并推广应用。

Abstract:The construction technology for metro tunnel should be appropriately selected to avoid problems such as surface settlement, building tilt and groundwater level drop. The common construction technology of metro tunnel in China, mining method, is investigated and analyzed, and also the Casting Support Tunneling System using shield (hereinafter referred to as SENS) that based on the New Austrian Method and the Extruded Concrete Lining (hereinafter referred to as ECL) in Japan is introduced. Based on the analysis of the suitable for formation, floor occupation, burying depth, lining waterproof, land subsidence, traffic impact, underground pipelines impact, construction noise, construction risk, construction progress and construction cost of the mining method, shield method and SENS, a result is shown that the SENS has comprehensive advantage in the construction progress, construction cost, lining quality and surface subsidence control. The SENS is worth studying and popularizing.
