摘    要:实验用大鼠,戊巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉,切断L_2以下背腹根,电刺激左侧膀胱神经,在同侧腓肠神经分离细束,并记录到一单位放电,其传导速度(1.09±0.31m/s)在无髓细纤维范围。并用实验证实了该单位放电系由膀胱神经传向DRG,再由DRG外周轴突分枝传导到腓肠神经的长轴突反射电位。为阐明“穴位”经络生理实质及牵涉痛的机理提供了可靠的电生理学证据。

Abstract:Rats anaesthetized with sodium pen-tobarbitone were used in this experiment. All dorsal and ventral roots below L2 were cut. electric pulsesstimulated left bladder nerve, a single unit discharge was recorded in a thin bundle of ipsilateral suralnerve and conducting speed of it was in the range of unmyelinated fibers (1. 09±0. 31m/s ). By experi-ment it was proved that this unit discharge was a long axonal reflex potential, originating from the bladder nerve to DRG. and then to the sural nervethrough the peripheral axon branch of DRG. Thisstudy provided a electro-physiological data to clarifythe essence of acupoints and meridian and the mech-anism of referred pain.
