修船质量管理体系的改进

文章针对中船广州船坞3年来修船质量管理体系运行存在的问题，在文件编制方面针对修船产品特点和生产条件的差异进行完善，在人力资源管理方面落实对年轻管理人员和新施工人员的基本培训，在过程控制方面推行自主质量管理，在测量考核方面加大了约束和激励的力度，在外来工管理方面采取了一系列稳定技术骨干队伍的措施，初步取得了一定的效果，同时提出了今后持续改进的方向。

Improvement of ship-repair quality managing system

Against the existing problems on the ship repair quality managing system for the CSSC Guangzhou Dockyards in its three-year operation, this paper gives some ideas on perfecting the document establishment of different characters of ship repair products and producing conditions, the basic training for the young managers and new workers in the man-power resources, the quality management on its own in the controlling course, strengthening the force for bounding and encouraging in test and examination and a serious of measures for stabilizing the key member teams among the workers from countryside, which lead to some effects. Improving aspects are put forward for the future lasting development in the meanwhile.
