摘    要:为了缩短研制周期,降低制造成本,采快速成型技术制造了HIF增压器涡轮叶轮。涡轮叶轮制造如下:根据设计的叶型数据,采用CAD技术建立叶轮的精确三维实体模型,然后基于以选区激光烧结为原理的快速成型技术直接成型出供叶轮精密铸造用的消失模,最后以K13高温合金铸造出涡轮叶轮。利用快速成型技术制造的涡叶轮,已加工成涡轮并涡轮性能试验,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:To shorten developing cycle and to reduce manufacturing cost,the rapid prototyping technology was applied to make turbine impeller of HIF charger.The process of manufacturing is as follows :create the precious3D solid model of impeller with CAD technology in terms of the designed impeller data;then directly form losing casting model for impeller precious casting with rapid prototyping technology based principle of selected area laser caking;at last,cast turbine impeller with alloy under high temperature of k13.Turbine impeller has been made with rapid prototyping technology,and performance tests show that they meet design requirements.
