摘    要:为了保证新型调速偶合器YOTCHP465在大功率、高转速的运行条件下的设计合理性,利用I-DEAS软件建立了偶合器叶轮三维实体模型,并在流体力学和动力学理论基础上对叶轮强度进行了有限元分析,验证了叶轮强度的可靠性,指出叶轮危险部位和修改意见,从而为这种新型液力偶合器的设计和制造提供了可靠的数据和方法.

Abstract:In order to assure the design validity of new peed-regulation hydro-couplings with model YOTCHP465.A 3D model is constructed using I-DEAS software,and its strength is analyzed with FEM based on fluid mechanics and dynamics theory.The impeller strength reliability is proved.Verified which proves reliable datum and method for this new hydro-couplings design and manufacture.
