新型翻盖移动式垃圾压缩设备

摘    要:以17 m^3移动式垃圾压缩设备为研究对象,结合市场现有的垃圾收集模式和收集环境,设计了一种新型翻盖移动式垃圾压缩设备,该设备采用六杆翻盖机构,可实现垃圾收集过程设备整体密闭,无臭味、无蚊蝇,减少虫害及病菌传染。采用UG三维建模软件和有限元分析软件,对六杆翻盖机构整个运动过程的受力和强度进行了综合分析,研究结果表明:六杆翻盖机构在整个运动过程中各杆件的强度满足设计要求,整个连杆机构可实现180°翻转,运动平稳。

New Turnover Mobile Garbage Compactor
Abstract:Taking 17-side mobile garbage compactor as the research obj ect,based on the garbage collection mode and collection environment in the market,a new type of turnover mobile garbage compactor is designed,which adopts a six-bar turnover mechanism to achieve the garbage collection process equipment overall airtight,odorfree,mosquito and fly,reduce pests and bacteria infection,reflecting the current environmental protection,beautiful,safe and efficient environmental protection concept.Based on the 3D modeling technology and finite element analysis method,the force and strength are comprehensive analyze for the whole movement of the six-bar turnover mechanism.The results show that the strength of each link can meet the design requirements during the whole movement of the six-bar turnover mechanism,and the whole linkage mechanism can realize 180°turnover,running smoothly without dead point.
