静压驱动系统PID参数整定及其模糊自适应控制

摘    要:文章在分析静压驱动系统组成及数学模型的基础上。分别采用临界比例带法和NCD优化法对PID参数进行整定,并应用模糊控制理论,设计了一种模糊自适应PID控制器。该控制器根据马达转速偏差和偏差的变化率,利用模糊逻辑实现PID参数的在线调整,使系统具有较好的自适应能力和较强的抗干扰性。并在Matlab/Simulink环境下对其进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明,NCD优化法的整定效果较好,模糊自适应PID控制器的性能优于常规PID控制器。

Abstract:On basis of analyzing the constitution and mathematical model of hydrostatic driving system, this article makes an attempt to apply the critical proportioning method and the Optimization Method of NCD respec- tively to the tuning of PID parameters. In addition, in combination with the fuzzy control theory and the tradition- al PID control, it attempts to design a kind of fuzzy-adaptive-PID controller, which applies fuzzy logic to the on- line self-adjustment of PID parameters, combined with the motor speed error and its derivative, so as to ensure its better self-adaptive ability and disturbance resistance performance. Lastly, the dynamic simulation is made in the Matlab/Simulink environment, the results of which indicate that the Optimization Method of NCD produces better tuning effects and the fuzzy-adaptive controllers are superior to the conventional ones in performance.
