基于应力测试技术的重型车变速器齿轮失效研究

摘    要:针对某重型车变速器齿轮的失效问题,利用应力测试技术对易产生弯曲疲劳失效的齿轮进行了应力测试,并通过与有限元计算结果的比较,论述了有限元计算结果的局限性。根据测试结果,从齿根过渡圆角和基节偏差的角度分析了变速器齿轮的失效原因,提出了增大主动齿轮刀具刀顶圆角半径及对基节误差进行控制的改进措施,并通过台架试验进行了验证。

Abstract:To solve the failure of transmission gear of a heavy duty vehicle,stress test technology is used to conduct stress test to gear which is prone to bending fatigue failure,and through comparison with result of finite element calculation,limitation of such calculation is elaborated.According to test result,the cause of failure of transmission gear is analyzed in term of gear root fillet and base pitch error,the paper proposes improvement to increase driving gear tool fillet radius and control base pitch error,which are validated with bench test.
