摘    要:以钢渣为粗细骨料代替传统天然砂石.碱溶液废渣粉制备胶凝材料代替水泥.配置路面混凝土。系统研究了碱掺量对强度和其工作流动性的影响.配置出28d抗压强度达44MPa.抗折强度达8.3MPa,同时具有良好工作性能的钢渣路面混凝土。进行重载路面工程试验的效果良好。

Abstract:Alkali activated slag Pavement concrete (AASPC)is made from activating industrial slag (fly)ash,mineralslagandgroundgranulatedblast-furnaceslag(GGBS)withouttheuseofanyPortlandcement as binder and GGBS gravels and GGBS sands are used as fine and coarse aggregates to take the place of natural gravels and sand. The effects of proprotion of alkali solution on the strength and workability of AASPC are investigated. The results show that with proper workability, the 28 day compressive strength of 44 MPa at flexural strength of 8.3 MPa are obtained at the age of 28 days.
