| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８３年１０月至１９９３年５月期间我院２７例冠状动脉架桥（ＣＡＢＧ）手术。其中１９８７年前１例，１９８７年后２６例。术前均经冠状动脉造影（ＣＡ）证实病变。采用自体大隐静脉（ＳＶＧ）和（或）左乳内动脉（ＬＩＭＡ）作移植血管。全组死亡２例（７．４％），１９８７年后２６例中死亡１例（３．８％），２５例成活，随访５月～６年。心绞病消失率约８８％，心功能改善至Ⅰ纹２１例（８４％），Ⅱ级４例（１６％）．全部患者恢复工作，提示ＣＡＢＧ安全有效。

| Abstract: | cases of coronary artery bypass graft(CABG)are presented.The narrow area of coronary artery was demonstrated by coronary angiography preoperatively.Saphenous vein graft (SVG)and left internal matnmary artery (LIMA) were used for graft.2 cases died.The total mortality was 7.4%.25 were survived but 1 in 26(3.8%) angina disappeared in 88%.Heart function was improved in whole group.It may be concluded that CABG is safe and effective for coronary heart disease. |
