新型电源车动力控制系统设计

摘    要:
电源车通常由载重车运装发电机组或拖挂移动电站组成,机动性和经济性不好。为此设计了新的电源车动力系统。新方案采用液压系统作为发动机和发电机之间的连接通道,使行车和发电可以共用一台发动机。文中分析该方案的结构和控制特点,总结发动机和液压系统的协调控制逻辑。通过对控制逻辑的简化将发动机和液压系统控制解耦,并以此为基础进行控制系统开发。最终的效果在实验台架上进行了验证。

Abstract:
A new kind of diesel power supply vehicle has been designed and will be introduced in this paper.With the help of a hydraulic system used to transmit torque from the engine to the generator,this kind of vehicle is more efficient and integrative than the traditional ones,which are often trucks with power station dragged or carried.The structure characteristics of the powertrain of this vehicle were analyzed.And then a control algorithm has been given,which is based on a coordinated control approach of the engine and the hydraulic system.After that,the control unit was developed and tested on the bench..
